The Taco Cartel started as pop up serving its local neighborhood in Los Angeles. The Taco Cartel spent time to build a presence and following. The Taco Cartel flourished and was able to open a food truck in 2017. This was a new venture and The Taco Cartel was now mobile. We were able to roam around Los Angeles and throughout Southern California. There was no clear direction, but the vision to reach out to as many people and communities as possible. Throughout the years The Taco Cartel has been a premier stop with the food truck. Even with the countless events and caterings, The Taco Cartel is ready to serve you.
